 MY TESTIMONY

A 15‑Year Journey of Deliverance, Purpose, and the Faithfulness of God

For the last fifteen years, I have walked through one of the most transformative journeys of my life. I didn’t know it at the time, but God was writing a testimony—piece by piece, moment by moment, miracle by miracle. And in His grace, He gave me the hindsight to document so much of it along the way.

I share this today because the Bible says we overcome the enemy “by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of our testimony.”

I live by that truth.

I am a witness to it.

And I am living proof that God still moves in the lives of ordinary people in extraordinary ways.

My testimony is not about perfection.

It’s about preservation.

It’s about how God reached into my life—through danger, loss, transition, confusion, and spiritual hunger—and pulled me into purpose.

It’s about how He took a man from Chicago, moved him to Mississippi for safety and new direction, and used that shift to awaken a calling that had been waiting inside me for years.

It’s about how He surrounded me with spiritual teachers—Bill Winston, Dr. Myles Munroe, Dr. Charles Stanley—each one shaping a different part of my spiritual DNA.

It’s about how He taught me:

• Biblical foundation through Charles Stanley

And it’s about how He used every lesson, every trial, every blessing, and every moment of clarity to prepare me for the assignment I’m walking in today.

This is my testimony.

This is my evidence.

This is my offering to the world.

And I share it because someone out there needs to know:

God still saves.

God still speaks.

God still restores.

God still delivers.

God still creates miracles every single day.

If He did it for me, He can do it for you.

WHY I’M SHARING THIS NOW

For years, I carried these experiences quietly. But God made it clear:

“Your testimony is not just for you. It’s a seed for someone else’s breakthrough.”

That’s why I built this website.

That’s why I’m inviting others to share their stories.

That’s why I’m opening my life—because testimonies are spiritual weapons. They break chains. They build faith. They remind the world that God is alive.

 About Me

I am a faith‑driven entrepreneur, ministry builder, and digital outreach strategist with a passion for helping people discover real opportunities and real hope. My journey began long before the internet, back in the days of mail‑order marketing — stuffing envelopes, folding letters, sealing packages by hand. My mother and my daughter Nikki, were my team, my support, and the backbone of everything I built. Those early days taught me work ethic, resilience, and the power of staying focused.

Life took a hard turn when I found myself working long hours, juggling two jobs, and trying to hold everything together during a painful divorce. I pushed myself so far that I suffered a mild stroke. During recovery, I realized something had to change. I couldn’t keep burning myself out working for someone else. I needed to build something of my own — something meaningful, something sustainable, something that aligned with my purpose.

As I searched for direction, one word kept coming to me over and over: focus.

Stay focused on rebuilding.

Stay focused on healing.

Stay focused on creating a better future.

That word became my anchor — and eventually, it became my company name: Focus Distributors.

Focus Distributors started as a networking platform where I shared free and low‑cost money‑making opportunities with people in the network marketing world. But everything changed the day I decided to add something new — something spiritual — something I didn’t realize would transform everything.

I created Journey Back to Eden, a simple page where I posted a verse of the day, a gospel song, and a sermon from Dr. Bill Winston. It was just a place to share encouragement and keep God at the center of my day.

Then something unexpected happened.

When Journey Back to Eden and Focus Distributors existed side by side, everything began to grow. My views increased. My engagement exploded. Sales started coming in stronger than ever. The platform came alive in a way I had never seen before.

That’s when God showed me a truth I will never forget:

Anything you build without Him will struggle.

Anything you dedicate to Him will multiply.

From that moment on, I made a decision — I would put God first in everything I love and everything I do. My business, my ministry, my outreach, my purpose… all of it belongs to Him.

Today, I use my story, my platforms, and my testimony to empower others — spiritually, financially, and personally. Whether through Focus Distributors, Journey Back to Eden, or the Beyond the Tithes Movement, my mission is simple:

Help people stay focused.

Help people grow.

Help people find God in their journey.

And help them build a life they don’t have to recover from.

This is who I am.

This is what I stand for.

And this is the work God has called me to do.

Dr. Bill Winston is the spiritual father whose teachings laid the foundation of my understanding of what it truly means to be a child of God. He taught me about identity, authority, and the supernatural rights of Kingdom citizenship. His ministry helped me understand that faith is not just belief — it is a force, a law, and a lifestyle.

Dr. Myles Munroe opened my eyes to the governmental structure of the Kingdom of God. He taught me that the Bible is not a religious book — it is a constitution. He showed me that Jesus didn’t come to bring a religion; He came to restore a Kingdom.

Dr. Munroe helped me understand that Eden was not a place — it was a state of Kingdom alignment, and that our journey is to return to that original design.

Dr. Charles Stanley brought a unique clarity to the Word of God. His teaching style was gentle, steady, and deeply rooted in Scripture. He had a gift for taking complex biblical truths and making them simple, practical, and applicable to everyday life.

This is why this post is called Journey Back to Eden Too — because Eden represents God’s original design for mankind:

identity, purpose, fellowship, and dominion.

These three teachers helped guide me back to that revelation.
